Well I have just been too behind with this blog and too intimidated at the task to try to catch it up. I have decided to just try to move forward with it and what months have been lost are lost. Maybe I will catch up someday but probably not. So here are out newest family pics. They are awesome! They are especially awesome because they were taken before the girls cut their hair. Right now their hair is significantly shorter, especially Sariahs. I will get some pics up of their new hair soon, hopefully.
Little update. Everyone is growing up so fast! Sariah and Rachelle are now sharing a bed and really enjoy it. Rachelle is bottom end of twin bed and Sariah is on top, it works surprisingly better than them in separate twin beds. The girls play together well most the time. We are still working on the whole sharing and not yelling thing, which im sure will go on for yrs. They love the backyard and it helps contribute to my sanity. Buddy is an awesome dog for us and the girls and him have their own relationship of love and teasing each other. It is really too bad that Buddy tore is ACL, we dont know how long we will be able to have him before he is in too much pain and we will have to put him down. We cannot afford surgery so we will make things as happy and comfortable as possible for him.
The girls love going to Sandhollow and so does buddy. We plan on trying to spend more family time together doing activities this summer. Way excited to not be pregnant! LOL.
Eliak is coming up on 4 months old and has made great strides this 3rd month of his life. He is much more patient and is talking much more instead of crying or yelling. He has the biggest smiles and loves to be talked to and played with. Jon has his cuddly boy and is loving it!
Jon is done with school and we have the summer for a break from school. He has 12 more credits until his Bachelors, which is going to have to be spread out to two semesters because he has a Senior project that has to be done separate semesters. The plan is for him to start his masters program next summer. It is a two year program, including summers, for a Masters in Educational Psychology. This is going to be done at Dixie through SUU extension program, or something like that. When he is done with his education he will have a Bachelors Degree in Integrated Studies with emphases in Business and Psychology and a Masters in Educational Psychology. With this he can do school counseling for grades K-12. Jon really wants to help kids with their emotional and spiritual well being.
I have my hrs. completed for my Cosmetology and my written exam for my licensing. I still need to take my practical to become licensed. I will get on top of that real soon. Now that Jon is out of school, I will be able to study and focus on that. The plan is to not have another kid for at least two yrs, maybe more, who knows maybe we are done. My goal is to be really physically fit and get back to pre-marriage weight. Life is crazy. I have slowly gotten used to having 3 kids and am getting better at having them by myself.
Well I think that is about all with the fam. We have daily struggles just like everyone else out there and are continuing to try to do better everyday.
